  • Inventory Data: Item names, quantities, low/empty status, and location within the household.

  • Financial Data: Shared expense entries, private expense entries, amounts, dates, and categories.

  • Usage Logs: Time and date of access, features used, and crash reports.

D. Purchase and Billing Data

When you subscribe to vivabode. Pro or Elite, payment processing is handled by third-party services:

  • App Store/Google Play: We receive confirmation of your purchase status, but we do not store your credit card details or bank information.

  • RevenueCat: This service handles subscription management and provides us with a non-personal subscriber ID, purchase token, and status (e.g., Pro, Elite) to manage your access to premium features.

  • To Run the App: To establish and maintain your Household data (chores, inventory, finances) and facilitate collaboration between household members.

  • To Manage Accounts and Access: To verify your identity, manage login sessions, and control access to features based on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Elite).

  • To Process Payments: To confirm and manage your subscriptions via RevenueCat.

  • To Improve the App: To analyze usage patterns and bug reports to enhance app stability and introduce new features.

  • To Serve Advertising (Free Tier): If you are on the free, ad-supported tier, we use data collected by our ad network partners to display relevant advertisements.
